Eric Ginter has been a lawyer since 1992, having previously worked in the Prime Minister's office and in the Public Finances Directorate General (DGFIP).

He specialises in tax advice for individuals, especially within an international context, and in tax disputes.

An associate professor at the University of Burgundy for 10 years (international taxation) he currently teaches at Paris-Dauphine (Master 221 - European Taxation).

He is the co-author of the book "Droit communautaire et impôts directs" (Ed. Fiduciaire), and co-chairman of the IACF "Asset Taxation" commission.

He is a member of the Commission Départementale des Impôts Directs (Regional Commission on Direct Taxation) of Paris-Ile de France.

Éric Chartier specialises in the tax issues encountered by company directors and high-net-worth individuals, whether French or foreign nationals, in connection with the management and transfer of their assets: holding structure for movable or immovable assets, wealth tax, company transfers, gifts, setup of family entities, relocation, monitoring of tax obligations, etc.

He has also acquired solid experience of tax audits and disputes, having worked on many cases at all stages of the procedure, from assistance with tax audits to challenges before the relevant courts.

He has a thorough knowledge of issues relating to Community taxation, as well as procedures relating to questions of principle (ultra vires actions, priority preliminary rulings on constitutionality).

Éric Chartier lectures in Master 2 corporate taxation at the University of Burgundy, and is also a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux), the main representative organisation of lawyers specialised in tax law.

Olivia holds a Master 2 in Tax Law from the University of Paris 5 Descartes, as well as an MS/LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris. 

Called to the Paris Bar in February 2018, she joined Altitude Avocats in February 2021, after various professional experiences and internships in renowned law firms.

Paola holds a Master 2 in International Taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, in partnership with HEC Paris.
She was sworn in in February 2023 to join Altitude Avocats, after various internships in companies, courts and law firms in Paris.
