In the event of a dispute or claim by the client, the contracting parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement first. Clients may submit their claim to their usual ALTITUDE AVOCATS advisor or manager, who will have 10 days to acknowledge receipt, and then two months from receipt of the claim in which to respond.

The Website, its general structure, as well as the texts, animated and non-animated images, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other components of the Website are the property of ALTITUDE AVOCATS. Any total or partial representation of this Website by any means whatsoever without the express authorisation of the Website operator is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
